About the event
Throughout this class, we will move mindfully through a series of asanas, allowing each posture to be a gateway to deeper self-discovery and self-awareness. By synchronizing movement with breath, we will create a sense of flow and presence on the mat, inviting a state of calm and centeredness into our practice.
All levels welcome.
